Our 6-week training program designed to help sport climbers break past the 5.10 plateau. With an emphasis on bouldering for strength, building endurance through a mix of lead and hard top-roping, and intro to hangboard for building finger strength - this program is geared for climbers looking to break into the 5.11 - 5.11+ grades. The training program is geared towards trad and/or outdoor sport climbing, but can be suitable for indoor climbers as well.
