Our 8-week training program designed for 5.11 climbers looking to send their first 5.12 project. This program focuses on building endurance, hangboarding for building strength and mobility on tiny holds, and focuses on recovery during the midpoint and final week before settling on a 5.12 project. With a mix of top-roping hard 5.12's, identifying multiple projects that suit your climbing-style, and building strength through bouldering - this program is designed to help you break past 5.11+ on outdoor sport/trad routes. The climber should have access to quality indoor bouldering and lead routes in order to effectively complete this training cycle.
