Our introductory 4-week Backpacking - Beginner training program at Jack of All Trains is geared for athletes with a planned upcoming backpacking trip of less than 10 miles overall.  This program is perfect for those new to backpacking. Prepare confidently for an overnight 2-3 day loop or out-and-back trail with expert guidance and support. Our approach aims to build strength, endurance, and the necessary skills to enjoy your journey without being over-exhausted on your first trip of the year.
